Volunteer Liability Waiver
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that the Iranian American Cancer Aid Foundation (IACAF) is not responsible or liable for any injuries, medical issues, or other incidents that may occur during my volunteer activities. I understand that I participate at my own risk and that I am responsible for my own health and safety while serving the foundation.
